Blank Rome Escapes $7.5M Learning Annex Malpractice Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (May 30, 2013, 6:47 PM EDT) -- A New York state appeals court on Thursday affirmed the dismissal of a $7.5 million lawsuit alleging Blank Rome LLP hid key documents from The Learning Annex LP during a private equity investment, calling the plaintiff’s arguments unavailing.
