T-Mobile Customers Collect $2.2M Under Settlement

Law360 (January 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- T-Mobile USA Inc. has to shell out millions of dollars to resolve a class action brought by subscribers who alleged they were being charged a few dollars too many for data access services.
