Law360, San Francisco (May 30, 2013, 8:29 PM EDT) -- A public-sector union's duty to represent all employees — even nonmembers — trumps those employees' right to keep their contact information private and compels agencies to hand over workers' data when unions ask for it, the California Supreme Court ruled Thursday.
