Clearwire Delays Sprint Merger Vote To Mull Dish's $6B Bid

Law360, New York (May 30, 2013, 10:06 PM EDT) -- Clearwire Corp. said Thursday that it will postpone a vote on Sprint Nextel Corp.'s proposed $2.5 billion takeover of the struggling broadband company that was scheduled for May 31 in order to consider Dish Network Corp.'s last minute bid that values the company at $6.4 billion.
