USPTO Looks To Keep Copyright Suit Emails Under Wraps

Law360, New York (June 3, 2013, 1:39 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Patent and Trademark office asked a Minnesota federal judge Thursday to nix a “fishing expedition” for its emails about a suit by academic publishers targeting an intellectual property boutique for using copyrighted journal articles in patent applications.
