Court Rules Tellabs Suit Must Proceed

Law360, New York (January 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Tellabs securities class action that prompted the U.S. Supreme Court to heighten a federal pleading standard will return to a district court, now that an appeals court has ruled the plaintiffs met the new pleading standard their case inspired.
