Polled States On Track For ACA Exchange Deadline, GAO Says

Law360, New York (May 31, 2013, 3:03 PM EDT) -- Even with a range of implementation issues, the District of Columbia and every one of six states included in a recent U.S. Government Accountability Office survey will be ready to open enrollment in their Affordable Care Act-mandated insurance exchanges by the statutory deadline, the watchdog said Thursday.
