Judge Skeptical Of Bloomberg's CFTC Swap Rule Case

Law360, Washington (May 31, 2013, 4:20 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge told Bloomberg LP on Friday that its challenge against the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission's margin requirements for swap and futures derivatives was questionable, saying it lacked necessary evidence to show it would be harmed by the new rules.
