Indemnifiers May Pay Higher Attys' Fees, Fla. High Court Says

Law360, New York (May 31, 2013, 7:42 PM EDT) -- The Florida Supreme Court ruled Thursday that a fee agreement between an attorney and an insurance company that awarded greater fees if a third party made the payment must be upheld because the agreement explicitly sanctioned the higher fees.
