NJ Senate Panel OKs Water Infrastructure Upgrade Bills

Law360, New York (June 3, 2013, 6:40 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Senate Environment and Energy Committee on Monday unanimously approved a package of bills to upgrade water systems and fund other infrastructure-boosting projects in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy.
