High Court Won't Take Up Mining Cos.' NEPA Standing Fight

Law360, New York (June 3, 2013, 5:21 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to take on two mining companies' challenge of a Ninth Circuit decision that tossed their complaint over a U.S. Forest Service road plan in Idaho’s Payette National Forest because their economic interests in the forest barred them from fighting the plan.
