Delphi Confirmation Falters Over Bonus Plan Dispute

Law360 (January 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Car parts supplier Delphi Corp.'s exit from bankruptcy was stalled briefly on Friday, after arguments over the executive bonus of Chairman Robert S. Miller caused a federal bankruptcy judge to delay closing arguments until after Martin Luther King Day.

Criticism over executive bonuses is one of the last issues standing in the way for confirmation of the plan.
