Ivanhoe Cambridge Pays $390M For Seattle Wells Fargo Center

Law360, Los Angeles (June 3, 2013, 6:28 PM EDT) -- Ivanhoe Cambridge, a real estate subsidiary of institutional fund manager Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec, has acquired the 47-story Wells Fargo Center office tower in Seattle for $390 million from Boston-based Beacon Capital Partners, Ivanhoe announced Monday.

The Canadian real estate developer’s purchase of the tower, which includes 983,600 square feet of leasable space, brings the company’s share of leasable Class A space in Seattle’s financial district to nearly 8 percent.
