USPTO Copyright Suit Emails To Stay Under Wraps

Law360, New York (June 4, 2013, 5:03 PM EDT) -- A federal judge Tuesday blocked a bid to allow access to emails between the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the U.S. Copyright Office in a suit brought a pair of academic publishers challenging the use of their articles in patent applications.
