Paralegal Urged To Settle Harassment Case Against Ex-Boss

Law360, New York (June 4, 2013, 7:31 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge said Tuesday that a paralegal should talk settlement in a lawsuit against her old boss, a Manhattan law firm founder who allegedly pushed her toward becoming his third wife.

U.S. District Judge Paul Crotty urged both sides to consider an out-of-court resolution of a month-old lawsuit 27-year-old Sabrina Rafi brought against Ray & Associates PC and its founder James Ray. Lawyers for both sides appeared before the judge in Manhattan in the first court appearance in the case.
