Insurer Says Northrop's Pollution Suit 20 Years Too Late

Law360, New York (June 5, 2013, 1:33 PM EDT) -- Century Indemnity Co. asked a New York federal judge on Monday to throw out Northrop Grumman Corp.'s suit seeking coverage for a $1.5 million water pollution settlement in 1989, arguing that waiting more than two decades to notify the insurer indisputably forfeits any claim.
