Law360, New York (June 4, 2013, 8:28 PM EDT) -- A pair of oil and gas exploration companies in a recent brief urged the Federal Circuit to revive their $684 million suit claiming the U.S. Department of the Interior breached a lease deal by imposing new environmental and safety requirements following the Deepwater Horizon disaster.
