Rakoff Grants Partial Win To Wexford In Suit Over $674M Deal

Law360, New York (June 5, 2013, 3:07 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Monday granted partial summary judgment to Wexford Capital LP, a firm accused of misleading Archer Well Co. Inc. into purchasing a group of shoddy pump service companies for $674 million, removing one of the defendants and clearing the way for a mid-August bench trial.
