New Howrey Lawsuits Target 2 European Firms, Ex-Partners

Law360, Chicago (June 5, 2013, 1:52 PM EDT) -- The trustee for folded law firm Howrey LLP launched three more lawsuits Tuesday seeking to claw back payments to former partners and unfinished business profits earned by their new firms, targeting European firms Hoyng Monegier LLP and SJ Berwin LLP.

The suits are the latest blitz of unfinished business and clawback claims filed in California bankruptcy court by Howrey's liquidation trustee, Allan B. Diamond of Diamond McCarthy LLP.
