Pa. Judge Won't Seal Order Over Alleged Privilege Leak

Law360, Philadelphia (June 12, 2013, 3:53 PM EDT) -- A bus company fighting a suit seeking damages after a fatal crash lost its bid Wednesday to seal a Pennsylvania state judge’s May order that attorneys said prejudiced the defendants and compromised their position by improperly quoting from privileged material.
