Chrysler May Regret Recall Refusal Down The Road

Law360, New York (June 5, 2013, 8:23 PM EDT) -- Chrysler Group LLC is taking a huge risk by refusing to recall millions of Jeep SUVs at the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's request, attorneys say, as the agency is unlikely to back down from its claim that the fuel tanks are dangerously positioned and the company's staunch stance could hurt it in future litigation.
