Kelly Hart Picks Up Ex-SEC Trial Leader In Fort Worth

Law360, Dallas (June 6, 2013, 7:48 PM EDT) -- Kelly Hart & Hallman LLP on Monday added a veteran U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission litigator to its Fort Worth, Texas, office, where he will help the firm launch a white collar practice within its litigation group.

Toby Galloway has for the past 12 years worked in the SEC’s Fort Worth office, beginning as an enforcement attorney and rising to become regional trial counsel in 2009, supervising all litigation for a four-state region.
