NELA Asks 4th Circ. To Reinstate RJ Reynolds 401(K) Action

Law360, New York (June 5, 2013, 6:56 PM EDT) -- The National Employment Lawyers Association urged the Fourth Circuit on Tuesday to revive a class action against R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. over $50 million allegedly lost to retirement plan mismanagement, claiming the trial court erred in letting the company off the hook.
