Sens. Float Currency Oversight Bill To Keep China In Check

Law360, New York (June 5, 2013, 7:28 PM EDT) -- U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown and seven other senators reintroduced a bill on Wednesday that would reform and enhance oversight of currency exchange rates, a move largely targeted at preventing China from continuing to “cheat” at international trade by manipulating its currency, the lawmakers said.
