Ex-Aeropostale Exec Slams $25M Forfeiture Verdict

Law360, Los Angeles (June 6, 2013, 7:21 PM EDT) -- An ex-Aeropostale Inc. executive convicted of orchestrating a $350 million kickback scheme with a supplier asked a New York federal judge Wednesday to set aside a jury verdict ordering him to forfeit $25 million, saying the amount is unconstitutionally excessive and would bankrupt him.
