Fed. Circ. Asked To Move Navy Contract Fight To Fed. Court

Law360, Washington (June 6, 2013, 4:32 PM EDT) -- Shipbuilder United States Marine Inc. asked a Federal Circuit panel Thursday to send its suit alleging the U.S. Navy disclosed its trade secrets to competitors back to a Louisiana federal court, claiming the Fifth Circuit erred when it said the trial court lacked jurisdiction.
