Doctors' Hospital Jobs Imperiled By Calif. High Court Ruling

Law360, New York (June 12, 2013, 6:20 PM EDT) -- Doctors are in a weaker position to fight potentially career-ending disciplinary actions following last week's ruling by the California Supreme Court that it wasn't unfair for a hospital governing body that revoked a physician's privileges to also have appointed the members of a peer review panel assigned to evaluate that punishment, experts say.
