Philly Machine Operator Faces Charges Over Building Collapse

Law360, Philadelphia (June 7, 2013, 12:35 PM EDT) -- The excavator operator accused of causing Wednesday’s four-story building collapse in Philadelphia will be charged with six counts of involuntary manslaughter, according to reports Friday, as a Pennsylvania judge granted access to the site to experts involved in the first of many anticipated lawsuits.
