Pa. Developer, Zoning Board Defend Generic Design Approval

Law360, New York (June 7, 2013, 2:37 PM EDT) -- A municipal zoning board and the developer behind a planned 218-acre mixed-use development in suburban Philadelphia told the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Wednesday that the project's approval fully complied with the state's planning code even if the tentative plans included generic building designs.
