Dow Seeks Changes To $1.2B Judgment In Urethane MDL

Law360, New York (June 7, 2013, 4:55 PM EDT) -- Dow Chemical Co. pushed a Kansas federal court Thursday to alter a judgment that upped to $1.2 billion a jury verdict against the company in multidistrict price-fixing litigation brought by urethane buyers, arguing the judgment did not square with the verdict.
