Saputo Hits Kraft With Trademark Suit Over 'Toppers' Cheese

Law360, Los Angeles (June 7, 2013, 6:25 PM EDT) -- Saputo Cheese USA Inc. hit Kraft Foods Group Inc. and a subsidiary with a lawsuit in Illinois federal court Friday, saying Kraft’s “Toppers” Velveeta cheese products infringe Saputo’s “Toppers" brand cheese mark that it has used since 1996.
