5th Circ. Asked To Affirm Water Permit Ban Protecting Birds

Law360, Houston (June 7, 2013, 10:25 PM EDT) -- A group of law professors with the University of Texas and from around the country urged the Fifth Circuit on Friday to uphold a district court’s order restricting the state’s water management practices that allegedly caused whooping crane deaths.
