K-V Judge Signs Off On Investors' $275M Plan

Law360, New York (June 7, 2013, 7:07 PM EDT) -- The bidding war for K-V Pharmaceutical Co. drew to a close Friday as a New York bankruptcy judge approved a plan support agreement with a group of investors offering a $275 million plan to take over the women's health company and finance its exit from bankruptcy.
