Gerber Fights Bid To DQ Foley In Don-Doff Class Action

Law360, New York (June 10, 2013, 9:41 PM EDT) -- Gerber Products Co. urged an Arkansas federal judge Friday not to bar Foley & Lardner LLP from representing Gerber in a proposed class action don-doff suit, claiming the plaintiffs are trying to stretch disqualification rules past their logical boundaries.
