Law360, Wilmington (June 10, 2013, 6:40 PM EDT) -- Private-equity owned envelope maker NE Opco Inc., which does business as National Envelope, filed for Chapter 11 protection Monday for the second time in three years amid plummeting sales as an increasing number of consumers are abandoning paper mail for the Internet.
