Law360, New York (June 10, 2013, 7:23 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear a case brought by a man who said he was wrongfully terminated by a hedge fund administrator after disclosing he had multiple sclerosis and that a state agency erred by refusing to investigate his claim.
