Ex-Akin Gump Atty, Federal Prosecutor Named Acting NJ AG

Law360, New York (June 10, 2013, 5:42 PM EDT) -- A former federal prosecutor and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP attorney has been appointed acting attorney general for New Jersey now that his former boss has temporarily replaced the late Frank Lautenberg in the U.S. Senate, officials announced Monday.
