Antitrust Fears In Quanta V. LG Case Raise Eyebrows

Law360, New York (January 22, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Antitrust experts are casting doubt on arguments made in the Quanta Computer Inc. case against LG Electronics Inc. that competition could be restrained if patent holders were allowed to collect royalties downstream after a license had been granted.
