Dallas Immune From $1B Back Pay Suit, Appeals Court Told

Law360, Dallas (June 11, 2013, 7:39 PM EDT) -- The city of Dallas on Tuesday asked a state appellate court to throw out a $1 billion back pay claim from city firefighters and police officers, arguing the city never contracted to give them perpetual pay raises and is immune from the back pay claims.
