US Security Trumps Competition In $550M GenCorp Deal: FTC

Law360, New York (June 10, 2013, 5:46 PM EDT) -- The Federal Trade Commission said Monday it had closed its review of GenCorp Inc.'s proposed $550 million purchase of Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne after the U.S. Department of Defense requested the deal be allowed to move forward for national security reasons.
