Baxter Bosses Sued Over $588M Pump Recall, Plasma Prices

Law360, Wilmington (June 10, 2013, 9:18 PM EDT) -- An investor in medical device giant Baxter International Inc. hit 11 members of the company's board with a derivative suit Monday, claiming they didn't do enough to investigate fraud accusations connected to a $588 million infusion pump recall and claims that it manipulated the blood plasma market by swallowing up competitors.
