Stinson Can't Dodge Suit Over $35M Arizona Bond Offering

Law360, New York (June 11, 2013, 2:48 PM EDT) -- An Arizona federal judge on Monday largely denied a summary judgment bid from Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP in a consolidated suit led by Allstate Life Insurance Co. and Wells Fargo Bank NA over alleged misstatements by the firm and others about a $35 million bond offering.
