NYC Urges Appeals Court To Reinstate Large-Soda Ban

Law360, New York (June 11, 2013, 6:25 PM EDT) -- New York City can restrict the size of sugary drinks sold by some businesses because the regulations had a rational basis in putting the brakes on the exploding default sizes of drinks that consumers are routinely served, a city lawyer told a state appeals court Tuesday.
