Porn Producer Wins Damages In Bellwether Copyright Trial

Law360, New York (June 11, 2013, 6:04 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Monday ruled in favor of pornographic video producer Malibu Media LLC in a bellwether trial against users of peer-to-peer data sharing system BitTorrent, finding that the company was owed damages for infringement of its content.
