Aviva Wants Annuity Class Members Barred From Pa. AG's Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (June 20, 2013, 4:21 PM EDT) -- Class members on the receiving end of a settlement worth up to $530 million as part of multidistrict litigation over fraudulently marketed annuities should be barred from getting restitution through a lawsuit being pursued by Pennsylvania’s attorney general, an Aviva PLC attorney told a federal judge Thursday.
