Psychologist Group Loses Appeal In Insurance Privacy Row

Law360, New York (June 11, 2013, 8:19 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Tuesday dismissed a suit accusing a pair of medical claims administrators of violating patient confidentiality laws, ruling the plaintiffs had not exhausted their administrative options and that a trial judge had erred in reconsidering a matter heard previously in another court.
