NYC Lawmakers Wary Of Bloomberg's Styrofoam Ban

Law360, New York (June 12, 2013, 7:19 PM EDT) -- Mayor Michael Bloomberg introduced legislation to outlaw polystyrene foam in New York City on Wednesday, but key lawmakers said a competing plan to ramp up recycling might be better than a ban that could cost manufacturing and service jobs and drive up food prices.
