Howrey Creditors May Subpoena Arent Fox, Arnold & Porter

Law360, New York (June 11, 2013, 6:51 PM EDT) -- A California bankruptcy judge Tuesday gave Howrey LLP creditors the go-ahead to subpoena documents from Arent Fox LLP, Arnold & Porter LLP and Snell & Wilmer LLP surrounding the transfer of Howrey's former client matters to the firms.
