Nissan Makes A Federal Case Of Possible Class Action

Law360 (January 23, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A purported class action lawsuit that claims Nissan Motor Co. Ltd. sold its Titan pick-up trucks with a defective braking system has been moved to federal court.

Nissan and its U.S. subsidiary moved the case from a Tennessee state court to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee on Jan. 18.
