Paramount Group Drops $200M On White House-Area Digs

Law360, New York (June 12, 2013, 6:55 PM EDT) -- New York-based Paramount Group Inc. has struck an approximately $200 million deal to buy a Washington, D.C., office building near the White House from Tishman Speyer Properties LP, a source confirmed to Law360 on Wednesday.

The deal will give Paramount Group an office complex at 700 14th Street NW, according to a source familiar with the deal. The property is better known as Commerce National Bank Building, according to city records.
